1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the purchase and use of Tickets from Homestead Presents Ltd (“Homestead Presents,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a Ticket, you (“you,” “buyer,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1.2 Homestead Presents Ltd is a company registered in England, United Kingdom. Our registered office address is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom EC1V 2NX.
1.3 For the purpose of these T&Cs:
1.3.1 “Event” means any concert, show, festival, or other entertainment activity for which Homestead Presents sells Tickets.
1.3.2 “Organizer” means the individual or entity responsible for staging the Event. In some cases, Homestead Presents may also be the Organizer.
1.3.3 “Ticket” means the revocable license to attend an Event, whether electronic or physical proof of purchase.
1.3.4 “Order” means the request submitted by you, through our website or any authorized channel, to purchase one or more Tickets for an Event. An Order includes all relevant details provided by you (such as personal information, payment information, and the selected Ticket options), and it is deemed accepted by Homestead Presents once you have successfully completed checkout and received a corresponding confirmation (e.g., a confirmation email or Order number).
2. ROLE OF HOMESTEAD PRESENTS
2.1 Homestead Presents may act as the Organizer of certain Events or as an official ticketing agent on behalf of a third-party Organizer. In all cases, these T&Cs apply.
2.2 Any additional terms set forth by the venue or third-party Organizer may also apply. In the event of a conflict, these T&Cs prevail unless otherwise stated.
3. TICKET PURCHASE
3.1 You can purchase Tickets online via our website or other authorized channels. By completing a Ticket purchase, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and you consent to these T&Cs.
3.2 Certain venues or Events may impose age restrictions, dress codes, security checks, or other rules. It is your responsibility to verify these requirements with the venue or Organizer before purchasing a Ticket.
3.3 Homestead Presents is not responsible if you or your guests are denied entry or removed from the venue due to non-compliance with venue policies.
3.4 For any questions about specific venue policies, please contact the venue directly.
4. PRICING AND FEES
4.1 All Ticket prices are displayed at checkout. Any applicable taxes, booking fees, or administrative charges will be clearly indicated before payment.
4.2 Payment must be made via approved payment methods. If payment is declined, your Order will not be processed.
4.3 Homestead Presents does not provide Ticket insurance. If you require insurance coverage, you must obtain it independently from a third-party provider.
5. DELIVERY OF TICKETS
5.1 Tickets are typically delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your e-ticket(s) as PDF(s).

6. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, AND CHANGES
6.1 Change of Mind
6.1.1 You may cancel your Order within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase (“Change of Mind Period”) for a full refund, except when your purchase was made within twenty-four (24) hours of the Event date.
6.1.2 Cancellations or modifications requested after the Change of Mind Period are subject to these T&Cs.
6.1.3 We do not provide refunds for any other circumstances related to change of mind.
6.1.4 We reserve the right to deny any refund, cancellation, or modification request that violates these T&Cs. Such decisions are made at our sole discretion, without liability or further obligation.
6.2 Event Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Significant Changes
6.2.1 Cancellation
6.2.1.1 If an Event is cancelled and will not be rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund of the Ticket price. Where required by law, booking fees may also be refundable. Refunds will generally be processed automatically to the original payment method.
6.2.1.2 All refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and only to the original payment method, regardless of who ultimately uses the Ticket(s).
6.2.2 Rescheduling
6.2.2.1 If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, we will attempt to notify you once we are made aware and your original Ticket will remain valid for the new date.
6.2.2.2 If the new date is at least one (1) month away, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from notification to request a full refund.
6.2.2.3 If the new date is less than one (1) month away, you have seven (7) business days or until forty-eight (48) hours before the new Event date (whichever is sooner) to request a full refund.
6.2.2.4 Refund requests made after these timeframes may be declined, except where required by law.
6.2.2.5 Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
6.2.3 Change of Venue or Headline Act
6.2.3.1 If a change of Venue or Headline Act occurs, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible.
6.2.3.2 You have seven (7) business days or until forty-eight (48) hours before the Event (whichever is sooner) to accept the change or request a full refund.
6.2.3.3 No refunds will be made for change of Headline Act for festivals, “Battle of the Bands,” or similar multi-artist events.
6.2.3.4 Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
6.2.4 Minor Changes
6.2.4.1 Event details, including supporting lineup and performance times, may change.
6.2.4.2 No refunds will be made for minor changes as they do not materially alter the Event.
6.3 Refund Process
6.3.1 When refunds are issued, they will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
6.3.2 Contact us at https://homesteadpresents.com/contact if you have questions regarding refunds or cancellations.
6.3.3 Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser, regardless of who ultimately uses the Ticket(s).
7. TICKET NAMES AND GIFTING
7.1 Tickets Are Not Name-Specific
7.1.1 Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a particular Event, Tickets sold by Homestead Presents are not name-specific.
7.1.2 Where Tickets are not name-specific, no name change is required, and you may gift your Ticket(s) to family or friends for entry.
7.2 Ticket Security and Duplicate Use
7.2.1 Each Ticket barcode/QR code is valid for one (1) entry only.
7.2.2 If a Ticket is copied, shared, resold, or otherwise duplicated, only the first successful scan will be admitted. Any subsequent attempt(s) may be refused entry without refund.
7.2.3 You are responsible for keeping your Ticket(s) secure. Homestead Presents is not liable for any loss arising from a Ticket being accessed, used, or redeemed by someone else due to it being shared, forwarded, copied, posted publicly, or otherwise made available without your authorization.
7.3 No Assignment of Contractual Rights
7.3.1 If you gift a Ticket to another person, this permits them to attend the Event only and does not transfer or assign any contractual rights under these T&Cs.
7.3.2 All rights, remedies, and liabilities remain exclusively with the original purchaser.
7.3.3 These T&Cs do not create any rights for a ticket holder who is not the original purchaser under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (or any equivalent legislation).
7.3.4 Any arrangement or payment between the original purchaser and the recipient is strictly between them; we are not a party to such arrangements.
7.3.5 In any case involving refunds, cancellations, postponements, or compensation, Homestead Presents will communicate only with the original purchaser and issue any refund solely to the original payment method.
8. RESALE AND FORBIDDEN USES
8.1 We reserve the right to prohibit or limit resale. This does not prevent you from gifting Ticket(s) to family or friends in accordance with Clause 7.
8.2 Reselling a Ticket above face value or using it for unauthorized promotional activity (including competitions, hospitality packages, advertising, or commercial distribution) may lead to invalidation of the Ticket and refusal of admission.
8.3 Tickets obtained, used, or distributed in breach of these T&Cs (including where barcodes/QR codes are copied, shared publicly, or duplicated) may be deemed void and admission refused.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Homestead Presents is not liable for personal injury, illness, property damage, or other losses resulting from attending an Event, unless liability cannot be excluded by law.
9.1.1 You assume all risks associated with attending the Event, including loud music, strobe lighting, or other environmental factors.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
10.1 “Force Majeure” means events beyond our reasonable control.
10.2 If an Event cannot proceed due to force majeure, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
10.3 If the Event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled due to force majeure, refunds will be provided in accordance with Clause 6.2.1.
10.4 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as travel or accommodation) caused by force majeure, except where required by law.
10.5 Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
